My name is Christian. I have been playing guitar for 1 year and 7 months. I have an Ibanez Artwood acoustic with a 20 watt Ibanez amp and an Ibanez Gio with a 75 watt Line 6 amp. If I'm not playing guita I'm doing something with a car! I love cars! I'm a pure petrol head! Unfortunately I dont have the fastest thing on 4 wheels. I have a 2008 bantam 1.6L. Did a freeflow and removed the cats today. Been thinking about going snail(turbo ?). Only gonna cost 20k so its still in my budget. But a month without transport is gonna be hectic! I love playing guitar hero. But I just cant get the game beaten on hard! >☹

Im just a engine man. What I know about suspension is the same as my knolagde about balet... And just know you need to wear a pink thingy with weird shoes. lol!

Just a short story. I was 99.9999999998% completed on getting a... *drum roll*

Toyota Supra! Had the money and everything! But then things turned out is such a way thast I had to buy a bantam... But I still have enought left in the bank to get a supra. But I'm going to study nature conservation next year and a car doing 0-100 in 4.9 is going to be a death trap on a gravel road... So I bought the bantam.... I could kill myself when I had to make that hartbreaking decision... I also lined up a tuner from USA. had the parts ready and everything...

would have bought a T74 boostlogic turbo. clutch that can handel 850nm torque. 8 pot brakes. new idler pully.(Stock part is shit.)anything and everything you need to get the car past the 650hp mark on the wheels... It woud have cost about R80k vat included... I HAD 670 car videos(stupid virus!!) and I was on my way to Australia to study music.. a Huge change.. from 800hp car and study music in Australia to a useless 110hp bantam staying here and studying nature conservation.. but the bantam is going to have a few changes......... MOEHAHAHAHA!!... lol

Just gonna start small. its fuel injected so larger injectors will be on the list. engine management to get the injectors working right. larger cams. larger intake and echauste ports. 1mm oversize valves. lighter flywheel for better response and lighter pullys... the faster I can get those revs up the faster I can get to a lekker speed and the faster I can be happy.. Life begins at 300km/h... so lets start living!!!

Ah, the MkIV Supra... Pamela Anderson, Catherine Bell, Catherine Zeta Jones and Sarah Michelle Gellar all wrapped into one machine on four wheels.
Was also going to acquire one at one stage but the guy put it into the side of a mountain before I could have the pleasure.

No need to go the T74 route to get 650Hp ATW. The 2JZ-GTE can make 550Hp by only turning up the boost. It's an amazing engine.

Cams and lightened flywheel are going to cripple you if you eventually go the turbo route - save the money from the cams to get yourself a set of Wiseco or Arias pistons and maybe a set of Eagle rods.

Who's going to do the turbo conversion for you? R20K sounds like a bolt on...

Not quite... ?

Flow rate of a 1.6 and a 3.0 is vastly different so the T74 would almost never work on the 1.6. ECU could work on the Supra but not on the 13B that needs a rotary capable management - like the Microtech LTX10, which is overkill for a 4cyl single coil.

Hey dude ! I love cars too, but they loose value, cost a lot to maintain and once you've modified them, you could find yourself spending a huge chunk of change on repairs.

$20K could buy you an awesome axe that could age to become a vintage and give you a return on your investment.
