would have bought a T74 boostlogic turbo. clutch that can handel 850nm torque. 8 pot brakes. new idler pully.(Stock part is shit.)anything and everything you need to get the car past the 650hp mark on the wheels... It woud have cost about R80k vat included... I HAD 670 car videos(stupid virus!!) and I was on my way to Australia to study music.. a Huge change.. from 800hp car and study music in Australia to a useless 110hp bantam staying here and studying nature conservation.. but the bantam is going to have a few changes......... MOEHAHAHAHA!!... lol
No need to go the T74 route to get 650Hp ATW. The 2JZ-GTE can make 550Hp by only turning up the boost. It's an amazing engine.
Just gonna start small. its fuel injected so larger injectors will be on the list. engine management to get the injectors working right. larger cams. larger intake and echauste ports. 1mm oversize valves. lighter flywheel for better response and lighter pullys... the faster I can get those revs up the faster I can get to a lekker speed and the faster I can be happy.. Life begins at 300km/h... so lets start living!!!
Cams and lightened flywheel are going to cripple you if you eventually go the turbo route - save the money from the cams to get yourself a set of Wiseco or Arias pistons and maybe a set of Eagle rods.
Who's going to do the turbo conversion for you? R20K sounds like a bolt on...
