Yep, bootcamp or parallels is what you probably want. You can also install windoze in virtualbox on your mac. This way you won't have to deal with separate partitions and stuff.
I work in Photoshop etc etc msot of the time thus I need the speed of a OS without being in a different OS.

Bootcamp is on the thing already, ne?
Windoze works on and off for me on Snow Leopard so boot camp is probably the way to go but the best thing, if possible, is get mac versions or equivalents imho...
Also be careful formatting flash drives on SL... they stop working with PCs or insist on 200mb max partition. There's a convoluted process required now ☹
If anyone needs it (annoyed me forever):
Select the drive in Disk Utility (all the way at the left, not the volume indented beneath it), and click the "Partition" tab. Set "Volume Scheme" to "1 Partition". Click the "Options" button and select "Master Boot Record" and click "OK". Set "Format" to "MS-DOS (FAT)". Set a "Name" and click "Apply".
Jack Flash, our network works better on windows based systems so my main OS has to be win7.

Ill use OSx for Garageband ?

            Whats this for?

Sorry, didn't really explain... up until the latest version of OS X, mac formatted memory sticks worked in PCs. Suddenly they either didn't work or only allowed 200mb partitions... the above instructions explain how to format them for use in ALL machines. If you've got a new MBP it's probably got snow leapard on it. I have the same, lots to love but a couple of annoying kinks ?
I got OSx version 10.5.8 and busy updating now. Its a MAC which the bosses wife aint using and never used so Im taking it.
