When I got my Dave Gilmour Strat the Black Strat book was signed by his roadie, so I sent it off to David's agent with a personal letter and David signed it and returned it to me.
In the States in July I got meet and greets for Lynyrd Skynrd and Bad Company.
Had to laugh when I met Paul Rogers and told him ' hey paul, the last time I met you was in Manchester in 1971", he replied "sorry I dont remember you".
We both had a giggle at that (typical British understatement).
