I don't think it would be possible, since the software would have to process every thing you type in the back end and then update the screen as well ?

I think he is meaning threads from the home page? Like hold your mouse over the thread and see it? Why not just click on it? ?

'Fraid not. The software we're using doesn't support that but it's something we might add in the future (using a mod).
