This week we had zero entries for The Challenge. Again it would seem that the topic was either too esoteric or vague or just plain unpopular. This has happened quite a few times in the past. I want to try something different to get the ball rolling. Everybody that reads this thread PM me a Topic for the next challenge, yes you. I will pick one of the topics for the next challenge Mon 6 to Wed 15. I will post the remaining topics on a poll and let everyone vote for the next challenge's topic and so on. All of you that support this idea vote by PM-ing a topic to me

@ MikeM well give it another shot. A little hint, if your topic is more than five words long most guitarists will think they are lyrics and will ignore it and wait for their cue to solo ?

Norio, if there were a way to rate them as they get posted it would be cool. Then we can pick the most popular one each week.

You know it's bad when the person suggesting it didn't get an entry in. Well, I have one unfinished and today is the only free time I had to do it. I guess I'll do it anyway for interest sake.

Well I'm not a big fan of analysis paralysis - I prefer to test things "in the wild" - so let's give Rene's idea a run for a few weeks and come back to the thread idea if it doesn't work out.

Don that is exactly what I am suggesting You call it a thread I call it a poll. Unfortunately a thread or poll has to be managed (which I am happy to do) updating new topic suggestions to poll as they come in is an administrative nightmare so once a week will have to suffice for now.
The next challenge I will pick from the suggestion I am already receiving (keep it up guys) because don't want another week to go by without a challenge. ?
