I think we're all very much aware of the high crime rate in S.A. >☹ and having recently read the post from one member about being robbed of his kit, would it not be an idea to have a section where people can log their guitar models & serial numbers? That way, when it happens to anyone else we almost have a country-wide alert not to buy any stolen goods, better still we may be able to trace where our stolen equipment has landed up? I'm sure I share the same views as most guitarists that we've sweated blood and tears to build up some of our collections and to have them stolen is almost like losing a limb? :'( May also be an idea that if anyone wants to sell their guitars on this site that it must include the serial number? :-\ Just a thought.........
