Hi guys just wanted to start this thread so that everyone can see each others pedalboard. So here is mine pretty simple just a Boss ME-50 & i am going 2 buy myself a digitech hot head & some other pedals. So guyz start posting pics of your pedalboard. I dont have a photo of my board yet so just got some photos of the pedals off the net.

Yeah, on mine gain is top right, weird. Your settings match mine almost exactly though, must be the sweet spot ?

That is weird! What guitar you playing? I was using my Epi LP with SD phat cats here, I usually roll a little less of the bass/treble off though. the box of rock boost (SHO?) into the timmy sounds pretty nice.

about perfect ? to take it closer to perfect (IMO ?) I'd put the power supply under the board and add a compressor. Actually struggling to bond with the box of rock, like I said the boost is really nice, but not sure the pedal really suits me... I'd put my fulldrive on, but it's just too big! thinking of trying the boost and buff in front of the timmy...

Yeh the Timmy stacks really well, I use a BB Preamp into the Timmy for soloing.
I alternate between a Strat and a Les Paul (depending on how my back's feeling that Sunday ? ). For the LP I basically just roll off the gain a bit on both drive pedals and adjust EQ/volume on the amp.

Try the SHO boost after the timmy too, I quite like mine like that...I built myself what I call the Super Timmy, its got a Timmy in the front into the SHO which is great cause the SHO then adds that bit of treble/sparkle to the timmy drive for solos...also that way the SHO adds a bit of volume rather than just adding a bit of gain to the Timmy

If you got that compressor from Toms Sandton ,.... it was mine :-[ , Great Comp , but took up too much real estate and has too many knobs... imo. I didn't like the gate function either ☹

I traded that for a MXR comp . lol . ? ... and since got rid of that as well ?, for a Rothwell lovesqueeze , which is also a superbly transparent comp, with only 2 knobs.

Get longer bolts for the rear of your board and put that power supply in the basement , that'll give you more space on top for something else ?

Heya Joe! Good to know where she comes from! Do you recall a beer, coke or other something something getting inside her? Just wanna know so I can determine how to clean her. She's got some liquid stains on the circuit board.

I love this comp so much! I have a serious sound engineering background so the plethora of options is perfect for me. I even have the gate set nicely, but that knob is way too sensitive.

As for the longer bolts I'm daisy chaining in parallel on a lot of those sockets to power the TC stuff. The nova drive alone needs 400ma, so I don't want that power pack having ventilation and heating problems. Also, I love the angle of the pedals.

? , not guilty your honour ! ... no liquid spills from me ... It was in TOMS for about 2.5 months .I reckon it must have happened there. Or maybe they lent it out to someone to try out at home or at a gig :-\

Ja , it definitely helps that you have sound engineering background to set that comp correctly. I used a couple of different guitars through that and each one obviously affected that gate setting differently.
I have the same BBE power supply , but I don't get why the output voltages are 9 and 12 and 16 ( ? ) volts .... why not 18v ? What pedal uses 16v ? . Anyhow I'm glad the comp is in good hands. Enjoy ! 8)

Ah! Well, 2 things.

1 the mi comp is 9v only. I mailed them and they said all the 25v boasting was a typo. :-\

2 I measured the outputs on the BBE while doing my 12v summing those sockets ARE 18v. In fact, just over. Nowhere near 16v.

Owners manuals these days. Why bother!

The turbo tuner, MXR chorus and TC Nova repeater.

Nice, you enjoying them? I love the Turbo Tuner. The Chorus and Delay are used as tone wideners more than actual effects but they're indispensable for what they achieve.
