I think there's a case to be made for a separate "acoustic" board. You're more likely to want some kind of pre-amp or DI, less likely to want gnarly fuzz pedals. You probably want the signal from your electric to end up going into an amp, whilst the signal from the pickups on your acoustic is more likely to be going into a desk.
