Hi guys just wanted to start this thread so that everyone can see each others pedalboard. So here is mine pretty simple just a Boss ME-50 & i am going 2 buy myself a digitech hot head & some other pedals. So guyz start posting pics of your pedalboard. I dont have a photo of my board yet so just got some photos of the pedals off the net.

Yup, the Replica is pretty awesome sounding. Very warm sounding repeats.

And yes again, DIY clean boost and loop switcher. Well spotted. ?

I found the Replica very musical...it's on my GAS list...one day when i grow up

Small update: ?

Moved my volume pedal into the effects loop and added the ts9 back in.

Signal path is: Guitar -> tuner -> buffer -> Amp11 ->TS9 -> OCD (set as clean boost) -> Amp -> Effects Send -> Volume pedal -> Nova Delay -> BlueSky -> Effects Return.

Very happy with the board, but I'm gassing for a Voodoo Labs Giggity to replace the OCD as boost.

Still busy with power and need to make a longer patch lead. Not too convinced by the Signa Drive yet so that may change

I base all my effects around my TS9 (modified) so when they are too far either side they dont seem to fit the bill for me. Hows the OCD? We should do a pedal get-together ?

Gotcha. We should! I'd love to try out that VFE trem as well! ?

I had trouble dialling the OCD in initially until I started running it at 18v. I use the OCD either on a clean boost setting or cranked. I've stacked it with the TS in the past, but I prefer it running on its own.

I found that when I played my OCD through a Vox AC30 it sounded best! Using it through an AC4TV at the moment and it still sounds great, but not as good as through the AC30. I also found my TS-808 sounded better through my Bassman than through an AC30.

What kind of tone does your Egnater have Rikus? I ran my OCD at 9V.

That's the tweaker's claim to fame as it were. You can switch between three pre-amp voicings: Brit (Marshall), AC (Vox) and USA (BF Fender). The changes aren't major, but they're there. My two favourites are the USA and the Vox setting, both set clean. The USA settings sounds slightly better to my ear than the Vox (might be because they're trying to got Vox chime from 6v6s...), but I find I flip between the two...

Nice looking board. What patch cables are you guys using? I got some cheap Warwick ones, and they're not the best sounding...

Mixture of amphenol and neutrick jacks with mogami cable, can't say I noticed any change in tone when using different patch leads..

Those are the ticket. Make your own with quality parts and you won't have to worry about cables until they need replacing (and then you reuse the plugs anyway). Learning to repair your own cables too will save you thousands through the years.

Are George L's and Lava cable the ONLY way to get smaller jack connectors??

Where can i find them here in Jhb??

GLS or Switchcraft pancake jacks. You can get pre-made cables with the Switchcrafts on locally. Something like this:

You'll just have to have some soldering skills if you want to buy the jacks separately and make your own patch cables.

Making all those cables improved my soldering as well ?
