Your Pedalboard!!!

Hi guys just wanted to start this thread so that everyone can see each others pedalboard. So here is mine pretty simple just a Boss ME-50 & i am going 2 buy myself a digitech hot head & some other pedals. So guyz start posting pics of your pedalboard. I dont have a photo of my board yet so just got some photos of the pedals off the net.

Personally I like what you have going there, perhaps just a little too many Boss pedals for my liking, but nevertheless...

My 4 year old daughter (already deep into music) took one look at it and asked me "Wat het gebeur?!" (What happened?!) which is her usual response to any type of accident. Probably not a good sign!

Thought I'd let you know.

Heh Heh ." Wat het gebeur". I like that! That pedal board covers all bases. Yes I agree maybe to many Boss pedals but I really like the oc 2 and dd5. Still tossing up whether I prefer the ce2 or ibanez cs 9. Andre the cables are patch cables obtainable from marshall music, the brand is Kirlin. Nice cables and jacks. The other smaller ones are madeup from seperate kirlin jacks. Despite the look that pedal board sounds excellent through my tube amps! Andre those Rocksongs are great in my Les Paul, way better than stock.

GT-8 on left for piezos.
Magnetic board: Korg Pitch Black tuner > Ibanez AF-9 Auto Filter > Lovepedal Magicboy Vibe > Barber LTD overdrive > EHX Small Stone phaser > Boss FV500L volume

Simple, but effective and controllable.

Lol! No - My two main guitars have piezo pickups, so I generally think of the two separate signal chains as "piezo" and "magnetic" (as in electromagnetic pickups). The board itself is a simple home affair cobbled together (about an hour before a gig) from some scrap wood with a CIOKS Power supply screwed underneath and a "handle hole" cut in the board. I'll probably get a Pedaltrain sometime, but this works for now...

Ahhh ok ... was a long day at work :?

We may be on to something ... hmmm ... any reason why the board can't be magnetic? *ponders*

Ahh... Not on the magnetic side of my live setup. One of my "signature" things is delaying the piezos with no original sound, so the electric guitar side does the original sound and the piezos do the echo(es). More often than not the delay is only a single-shot too, so the piezo sound only happens after the electric - then I use a longish delay and set up rhythm grooves between the electric and piezo sounds that make me sound like two guitarists at once.

Pedal board.

I still need to do a hellovalot to get everything gig ready -if I don't end up selling everything off...

Will post new pics when I eventually tidy things up the way it should have been done in the first place... :-[

Thanks. The G-System delivers more than I expected, and I expected everything short of making coffee. It requires patience and time to get into but the reward is limitless pro-quality tone and I've only scratched the surface of its capabilities...

I made the mounting board for the G-System on the left. The pedal board on the right was purchased from a guy who custom built it. Its got two Roland power supplies with GeorgeL cables/connectors inside and Neutrik locking jacks on the side. All cables etc. are internal and the cables can be arranged to exit the board wherever you wish. The 1-piece velcro mat was imported from the states. All-in-all a great quality custom board.

If I end up keeping my rig, I'll have to have a new protective case custom made to keep everything safely together. The current setup is only for studio use...

Once either the Mesa or G-System is sold, I'll start selling the pedals I don't need at the moment. (Most of them.) I have more pedals packed away that aren't in the pics. The irony is -I know that when we start gigging at bigger venues, I'll re-purchase exactly the same gear again... I really appreciate and enjoy the quality and versatility of the rig. It's just too much hassle for small gigs and I'd rather sell it before we start gigging to eliminate any potential gig-wear. (Most of the gear is brand new.) For now I'm looking at replacing the whole rig with a Line6 Spider Valve 212, which offers everything I need in one compact setup. If the Mesa goes first, I'd most probably keep the G to control the amp instead of getting a shortboard...

I don't mind selling the pedals that aren't crucial to the current rig. I don't need the MXR as the G-system has it's own eq and I only need to keep one of my Boost n Buffs for the time being.
