Can someone please explain the loop station. Can I record a bunch of chords and then loop it back and play solo over those chords. So if I'm practicing timing and harmony it's as if I have a backing track? It sounds like cool idea if how I understand it is correct. 8)

Yeah, that's exactly it. Take a look at some youtube video's of it. The boss site also has some demo's which are pretty good that show you what it's capable of.

It's a great tool for someone wanting to become better at improv. You can record a chord sequence and then practice scales and modes over it endlessly! ?
