So, it's official, my friends @ Harties are cool with us going there for a biggish jam. It's obviously quite far to go on a regular basis but, maybe, once every 3 months is doable. Now, if you guys haven't figured it out yet, I'm terrible at organising things, so I'm posting this thread so you can help me make this happen. Steve and I are ready with everything music wise with regards to equipment!

Remember to bring :

Your own instrument
Own chord that goes with it as well as Pedals etc.
Food & Drink
Cooler with Ice
Charcoal or Wood & your own braai grill (we have some but not enough)
Party Favours
Blankets & Chairs or Pillows
Shakers, tambourines, and anything that others can use to join in

We will provide :

The whole sound setup
Recording equpment
Drum Kit
Keyboard
Microphones
Video Recording (If anyone has another video camera that we can set-up to record the whole event - please let me know and bring it with you)

There is available to everyone :

Parking
Place to hang out on the grass (protected from moving cars)
Shade under the trees and under the Foundry Roof
Toilet
Tables
Borehole water

If there is anything else that I have not thought of, please let me know

I will get the GPS Co-Ordinates today from a friend and post it to Norio so that he can make a map of how to get here!

Forgive me, Norio, but the GPS coordinates on that map don't situate the Foundry at a place off the R513... Could the directions be updated a little by Li or Steve, please?

Thanks Strat, I think Li meant the R511 because the R513 turns into the R511. Gonna find out now.

Hi to all of those coming this Sat!!!!

Remember to bring your amp for your guitar so that you can just plug into our sound system.

Also, if you are camping out, bring your gear. There will be a house available with a fireplace and toilet with hot water for washing hands as well as a kitchen to those who would like to use it!
