I think Sundays might suit more people, some work half days on saturday etc.
I am currently looking at Sunday the 28th, still need clearance from the venue guy though, will confirm in the week.
Last Sunday of the month then?

the last sunday of each month my church band plays the evening, don't know if I will make it. I will definitely not be able to make the 28th, Aloe April will be playing at our church, going to check him out.
FatBoy
Ok the next event has been loaded on the facebook group, those who joined will get the invite
10:30 am on Sunday the 28th.
@kingr, we will start in the morning so you may be able to still make the evening gigs at the church.
Cheers okes!

Good looking guitar, what is it?
The profile pic guitar is a Hofner from the 50's. This guitar contradicts the combined model charateristics that appear on a German website, thus making it difficult to tie down to a particular year. I sold this guitar to a professional guitarist, whose name eludes me ... may remember later. The acoustic I currently play is a Jamboree (1974) with amazing action and a long thin neck.

I've just had a phone call putting me on standby for Sunday...
I might have to wek... :'(
FatBoy
What a coincidence, a project I'm working on is now going live this weekend, there is a slight chance that I have to work too. I will let you guys know by friday if that is the case.
FatBoy
Sorry guys, I am going to have to cancel this one ☹ ☹ ☹
Work commitments got the better of me, AGAIN!!!
I will look at a new date soon, will let you all know well in advance.
Cheers

A new date will suite me, going to checkout watershed @ lourensford farm sunday morning.
Reinhard
No worries, it's my last weekend working at my current job, so it works out perfectly for me.
DaFiz

ITS ON!
Sunday 2nd of May - 11am
Do any of you have a braai drum that you can bring along?
**Facebook event details below**
Lets give this another go!
Same place as the last one, directions below.
The song list is still available on the group, if you would like to do any other songs, please upload the lyrics and tabs so we can all prepare.
I have to cover the costs of the venue and wood for the braai, so a R20 donation would be appreciated.
Bring your own wors / chops / rolls etc for the braai, I'll supply the wood etc.
Any questions let me know!
**I know some of you may not be able to make this date, but this is the best I can do.
DIRECTIONS
1. The GPS Coords are -33.783958,18.580912
2. Take Vissershok road out of Durbanville
3. Carry on past D’Urbanvale for a couple of kilometres until you get to stop street.
4. Go straight, but slow down
5. As soon as you are over the stop street start looking for a gravel road to the right, go in there.
6. Go up the gravel road and take the first left
7. You will see the barn in front of you.
