Conrad Intimidation is never good for a band environment. If there is this permanent contest on who the better musician is then things just become uncomfortable and unproductive after some time. I've only been able to sustain groups where there is mutual respect and as little as possible ego. Just my opinion though.

Rob-dos good luck ? yeah dont bring competition to the workplace, just makes it bad.. the people i avoid playing with are the ones who are like that some people are good and some people arent, the beatles werent that proficient, if one of them joined a band of jazz musos theyd be bullies put the four of them together and you got some great music ?
Seventhson Well at the moment I think I need to keep the songs simple. Maybe some easy metallica songs. I am glad that this is there first band to. I have been told the guitarist is good and I am eager to learn from him. I guess the slayer and megadeth covers are going to have to wait. Will keep you guys updated and I hope to see you guys at a gig when We are ready.
