Doesn't look too bad for the price of a US standard, but then you don't know what the back looks like. Pickguard isn't stock (those came with the horrible single-ply ones that warped) and the holes don't line up in the replacement...

Depends. The T5 is a great guitar. As a hybrid it falls into the "acoustic that's also partly electric" camp, rather than the other way round. Not for me, but a lot of people prefer their hybrids like that.
