If anyone is interested, there are two Vox AC30's knocking around Gumtree (JHB) and Junkmail. One for R9k (Vereeniging) and one for R6k (Nelspruit). I know the guy selling the 6k one, I've just bought a Peavey VK112 from him, which was in immaculate condition. So if anyone is looking, these come highly recommended ?

I've always been curious about the AC30. Unfortunately it's the wrong time of the month for me to spend R6000 or R9000. ? I'll keep an eye out for later in the month, though.

Now I'm curious how much you paid. I mean if the whole package was R1 how much did you contribute and how much did your brother contribute? I mean the pedal can't be a fraction of the cost of an American Std Strat so I hope your brother didn't pay more than say 5c or so.

Will do.
I have a copy of sellers ID and his physical address matches his name in the phone book.

The courier should arrive tomorrow.
Some of that stuff on the list has been sold already (TS808 and TC Tuner) so move quick anyone wants any of it

I've had quite a few good dealings with Johann (the guy who placed this ad), and can say he is 100% honest and reliable,
he's selling up all his band gear,,,,,,,so, I'm expecting my Mesa Boogie and a couple of pedals to be delivered to me on Friday,,,,,,
........... ,,,,,,,,,,, at least I hope so,,,,,
otherwise there'll be one mad-sad Greek running around,,,,, >☹ :'(

Dinosaur-Snr

I might be the one who bought the Tc Electronic Tuner and The Voodoo Labs Chorus... :-[

raithza

what the hell? did you guys phone? i sent him an email like 5 minutes after the ad went online and asked for a bunch of stuff - he said they'd already been sold ☹(

mixed blessing, that meant that i had money for my rammstein tickets though...

Norman86

The GFSA forumites waste no time for GAS ? lol!

Kalcium

About the Vox amps, I cant find the Nelspruit one floating around anywhere...

Did find an AC15 though for R4000, is that a good price? And is the AC15 gig worth? like, not for huge halls i would imagine but would it play over a drummer and would it play in small halls or could it be plugged into a PA or something for bigger venues?

The strat was an excellent buy and Johann is a cool guy for letting his gear go at rediculous prices. ?
