How about a GFSA calendar for 2010? with pics of awesome guitars from members? we could even stick famous guitar related dates and birthdays on there?

I think it's a bit late to be starting to think of designing a 2010 calendar. ? Especially if you want to get it print properly. But hey, I'd buy one.. ?
I'll do it if someone finds a printer...
Funny you should mention that... Tanya is offering calendars to her clients via MinuteMan Press. I can possibly get her to design something for us and then we each take it to our local MMP and get it printed?
That is a pretty cool idea Norio!

But Norio, you can't be Mr May if you pull that face.

Another issue would be the guitars - one per month. You'd have to specify good quality pictures - size, resolution etc.

Then how are entries submitted and selected?

It's a nice idea, but not a lot of time left. Especially with holiday season coming "Bob! Little Johnny got stung by a blue bottle." "Later dear, I'm voting on member's guitar of the year for the GFSA calendar." It won't wash.
Ja, just no time left in the year ;(

Next year boys, we'll have to do this one next year.
Yeah, that's what i said. Great idea, just not enough time to compile everything. ☹
Norio, starting early next year will rock.
Maybe get every one to send in a pic of there favorite guitar.
Then you, Alan, Rene can decide on the top 24. Then create a poll to run for 2 months to pick the top 12.

Then by June we can be on our way with taking orders and making the calendar happen!
But I want mine for next year! Rant Rant
