zw44 just an update on the schecter. this guitar plays very well. the neck profile is comfortable and does not seem fat at all like most reviews suggest schecter necks do. The tone is awsome, the emg's are really giving me a nice thick metal sound, and playing without the B, sounds pretty bad ass. might have to try out some EMg's in my other guitars.
BMU Similar observation on the neck. I just picked up my Schecter Loom after a month of playing the Ibanez RG1527. I did notice the neck is slightly chunkier but it really isn't by much. I'd be hard pressed to say which I prefer, I love 'em both A LOT!!! ?
