zw44 hey guys so yesterday the FedEx man came and gave me a nice new toy. It a 2009 Schecter Limited Hellraiser V-7 7 string. Its very cool! And who ever said schecters have fat baseball bat necks hasnt felt this neck. Its not uber thing but its thinner that the Ibanez Munky Sig neck that i played. And now onto the PRON: Wats this? An ESP? Na its a Schecter ? Lots of case candy, without the case lol Schecter locking tuners EMG 707's My les paul project, got the body off ebay for $1, still needs paint Blackout AHB 1's Also needs backplates Dean Razorback Limited #2/24 2006 Dean Razorback 2 tone ESP Explorer 2002 Epi Les Paul Custom 50th Anniversary Edition Peavey 6505 with Mesa Stiletto 2x12 and Korg DTR-2000 rack tuner and thats it. wow that post took me like 30 mins lol Peter
inflames That is so cool, just love the DEAN razors! The schecter is just as beautiful! Please send me PM on how you get these guitars from ebay. Every time I use ebay I get shafted!
zw44 i only got the les paul body off ebay the deans and the schecter i got from websites of USA dealers. with shipping and VAT it still works out cheaper than buying here, if you can even get the guitars here
BMU Schecter V-7...heart beating faster...palms sweating... That thing is beautiful. The inlays are much nicer than on the Shecter Loomis. Super congratulations. I wonder if the neck is the same as the Loom. Like I posted the other day, I don't find the Loom to be cricket bat-like either, nor super wide, I think that's an urban myth.
zw44 did anyone notice, its actually an offset v? i was a bit hesitant about this but its pretty neat. oh and no price for the person who can tell which genre i play ?
zw44 Squonk wrote @ZW Country and Western? Or guitarist in the backing band for "Die Grafsteen Sangers" ? close but not it
doc-phil ah u have so many guitars!! Not fair! ? You must really love the razorback to have bought two ?
BMU zw44 wrote did anyone notice, its actually an offset v? Of course dude, which part of "heart beating faster, palms sweating" did you not understand. ? Symmetrical V's seem a bit boring to me, but that thing is gorgeous.
zw44 doc-phil wrote ah u have so many guitars!! Not fair! ? You must really love the razorback to have bought two ? yes i do, but the main reason is for different tunings. as we all know u cant just quickly tune down a floyded guitar, so one is for standard E the other for dropped D
Stoner-Riff Love your one dollar guitar mate ! Must have been a pretty penny getting it to the mother city though . . . I take it the PU's were the most costly of the entire guitar ! Do not spray it, i like the natural look !
