I can't think of a shop that specialises in 2nd hand stuff - especially effects. Most shops will have some second hand gear that they have accepted as trade ins. Ronnie's Allbang and Strummit, round the corner from Cresta Mall, has a lot of good second hand guitars, but perhaps not so much in the way of pedals. You can pick up some bargains on Gumtree or right here on GFSA.
