I'll be the bad cop (Tough-love is pretty much part of my day job, but trust me, I mean well).

Stating the songs you can play is a subjective opinion. One person will see it and say it sounds just like the origional. Another might say you haven't nailed one bar correctly of Angel of Death (which is mainly 16th notes at 195-205 bpm through out and is not very easy.)

Just picking fast isn't enough, you need to count your picking (4 notes per 4/4 count) which is pretty fast so you can instead count your down strokes and your upstrokes should follow if your downs are in time.
You really do need to hit all those notes because imagine a drummer doing double bass at high speed but just went fast and hit no tempo.

Once you nailed the timing, your jobs not done ?. Don't forget the "feel" behind playing the guitar and at that speed it get pretty hard.
For metal it's easier because it pretty much just needs to be consistent so that means you need crazy endurance to keep up a crazy song like that.
Once you've nailed that, you might find that you accidentally hit the higher strings with your right hands small finger (which is flailing on your motoring right hand) so now you need to practice using your left hand to mute the strings you don't want ringing out while fretting the notes you do want played.

Then it's remembering the next riff and applying the same ideas.

No one said guitar was easy ?

Not that I'm doubting your ability but not many can do that speed very well.
Paul Gilbert said he only learned to play fast in his seventh year of playing.

I've had guitarists in studio that practice very often and have been playing for +/-5, 7 years take around 200 takes for one song (Quad tracked) because what they thought was "right" was far off once I've explained how they need to play.

Sometimes they can't even hear what they're doing wrong. :-\

I must admit I have nailed that song angel of death. I am very good at speed. I played every day Since I started playing guiter for hours and I mean hours.
