Is there any place where I can go and get all of the following
Oh, how we laughed! Some stuff you can get locally, but most of that I'd recommend you bring in yourself.
* 6 hole Vintage tremolo (62 Fender Reissue). +1 on Mikes suggestion of the Callaham. Gotoh vintage (steel block model) if you are on a budget.
* Thicker than usual neck plate - Callaham or Glendale stainless.
* Volume & tone knobs - Local Fender supplier, although cheaper to import if you are already bringing stuff in.
* Pickguard - Local Fender supplier unless you want something unusual or inexpensive
* 5 way switch - Local Fender or DiMarzio supplier. CRL or Oak Grigsby
* 3 250k Pots (CTS preferable) - Local DiMarzio or Fender supplier - both are CTS-made. DiMarzios are nice in that they are brass shaft, custom taper and low tolerance
* Graphtech nut - Marshall Music or Andy McGibbon
* String trees - You don't need them with the staggered Schaller tuners. Otherwise Graph Tech, same as above.
* Schaller locking tuners. Try Turnkey - they are the Schaller agents, otherwise import
* Wiring - should be able to get locally - otherwise any of the online stores (I get the cloth covered from Guitar Nucleus).
* Copper tape - Stew Mac for the 3" tape, Guitar nucleus for the pickguard sheets (you can also get a '60s style aluminium plate from Callaham.
Am I missing something important?
Don't forget screws for your pickguard, jack ferrule, back plate, neck and switch (stainless where possible). If you want countersunk pickup and switch screws, they don't come with the parts. Also a back plate, switch cap, jack ferrule, jack socket (Switchcraft) and felt or leather washers for strap locks. The small stuff adds up!
