WantzChas I have had the same practice routine for all my life. When I get out of bed each morning I do half a sit up and when I go to bed at night I finish the sit up. I do some crunches... well lets not get into details and for adding bulk, start smoking and then quit. You'll gain weight like you'll never believe. As for sore muscles I find voltarin tablets do the thing, but that is for more bed related injuries like sleeping on the wrong part of the pillow. For real now. My dad is a fitness fanatic, he uses a product called Cytoblast, don't know who is the manufacturer. Anyway it is a drink you make and use before and while you excersise. It helps your muscles to recover quicker and in his experience removes stiffness of joints etc.

Heath my wife was a gym bunny , drinking all these funny shakes and so forth ........ damn near killed her . knowing a few gym huggers , i have never seen favourable results from anyone taking all these funny supplements and shakes . so really don't see the worth of them . IMO i was born this way i will die this way , and if it's a design flaw i will live with it .
