uploading files

I was thinking of uploading some exercises i made in Tux guitar that really help my playing and encouraging people to do some of their own and upload them. So, how do i upload a file? Is this possible?

The best way would be to create a free account with www.box.net. You can then upload your files and share them. Once shared you just post the shared url to the forum and we can download it.
