I know it's irrational, but I reckon we should have a thread where you can post links to guitars you want real bad, and guitars you think are just downright sexy. I'll [obviously] go first.... Its not aGibson or Epiphone but still looks good.

It's good. Would have preferred if they kept the chrome control plate and put a rosewood or ebony board on it.

Bridge:
- Schaller top load roller bridge, 3 way adjustable and fantastic sustain, solid and major high end hardware.

singemonkey

I asked a lot of people about roller bridges before I had the bigsby put on my LP. Consensus was: tonesucker.

You know the best part of this awesome guitar? The strap buttons! Got the same style on my Roadstar bass, never have to fear the plummet...

Malkav

Those roadstars were the sex, I've always had major jones for one of those things...When I was starting I saw a Japanese one in a Cash Converters for R700 and unfortunately I was too noobish and retarded back then to realise the gem that it was... :'(

Wanted one ever since that terrible realisation dawned on me...

I think Steve Lukeather and Allan Holdsworth also had Roadstars that were either custom or signature, the Holdsworth one had a weird channel scooped out of it under the pickguard to make the attack more like that of a hollowbody, cause Holdsworth is weird like that... ???
