Hi guys and girls, During the GFSA weekend away post me and Manfred had a chat about a Cape Town get-together. So here goes: Date: 30 April 2009 Venue: Corner Bar (Durbanville) Time: 19:00 - 03:00 Occasion: Discuss the weekend away and play some music. Dino the owner of Corner Bar will give us the new section to meet and chat. He will also have drink specials for GFSA members. Thanks to Cannon (Graig) for arranging this with Dino. It is also open mic night, so bring your guitar and play us a tune. Please put your name on this list if you are going to join us. Also indicate if you will be performing so our open mic host Craig can put you on the list. You can find a map to Corner Bar at http://www.cornerbar.co.za/ Hope to see you there! Lean

Hey guys. Dino got a bit drunk a couple of nights ago and said he's sponsor a R500 bar tab for the members if at least 30 rock up! He also wants us to have a little jam off!!!

inflames

Ha Ha, I had to stop him that evening, he wanted to try and get a guitar as a prize for the fastest shredder!

It's going to be a big evening, hope so see your CPT members in full force!

Werner-Carstens

Damn guys, I have been waiting for this since Mojo Jojoe tried the first get together in CT but unfortunately I am in Knysna next weekend. Will have to join you the 2nd time around. Mope

I'm kinda having my doubts as well. Imagine the bored headbangers when I try something from 30 years ago. :-[
