Building Pedals/stompbox - advice.

Hi, Long time music fan. Short(ish) time guitar player.

I am interested in building my own guitar pedals. I have a degree in electrical and computer engineering. I focused a lot on audio and digital circuits during my time, and have recently wanted to get back into it.

Any advise on who I can reach out to for assistance? Any communities?

Not many guys building electronics here on GT a.t.m - there's a TON of clone schematics and general building resources online.

I know of two guys (in Cpt) who are actively doing things. I've tried and failed 😁 - Bcom ain't as useful as your skills! Getting them reliable and working in a enclosure was a tricky thing for me.

I'd suggest a tube screamer &/or bucket brigade delay as starting point. Useful things to have on pedalboard.
