Hey. I'm soon going to immigrate and wanting to get a consensus of whether its worth selling it here in SA or to take it with me and get something else in London.

So I just wanted to get a price check on this beaut for now! I'm not desperate for the money. Its more of a convenience thing, one less thing to lug around, ahhaha.

killafo Locally, the 2nd hand market ain't great right now, But this would sell, right brand, right shape, right colour - this looks all original & real sweet condition too - so it will generate interest.

So while I wouldn't be shocked to see it priced at 30-35k, I'd be surprised if it sold before your flight without some serious haggling. I'm thinking there'll be offers between 18-25k.

You'd very likely get better $ in the Uk for it, I'd guesstimate 15-25% over what you'd get here&now for it. About what the excess baggage charges for shipping it would be 😁

        September is far enough a way that you don't have to be overly negotiable - spring tends to be a good time for sales so don't be discouraged if winter offers are from lowballing mofo's like me 😉 . ..if I had the back muscles for a LP of course 😆

            I've played a few live events with this thing and yeah it's not for the weak backs ,🤣.

            I'll probably put it up for sale on here first and see, I'd like it to go to someone on this form rather than a gumtree person.

            That Les Paul is a beaut. Looks great man. Good luck with the sale. Agree with Vee.. you will likely get a better deal overseas
