Roy Does one bring along your own guitar and come along and join in ?

Yep pretty much. You'll likely need to bring your own practise amp or amp head as well. If you're going to bring an acoustic, it would be wise to make sure it has pickups or be happy with not being heard ?

    Current list

    William Beetge - Bass, vocals - Lu22
Stefan Cronje - guitar - Hasie
Adrian van der Merwe - Rhythm - slowpoet
    NorioDS
    Denuyschen Andre (backup singers)
    Roy (waiting email confirmation)

So how are people getting along with these songs? Anyone tackling lead guitar parts?

I will definitely be there. If I am going to play, is still debatable. My electricity supply has been off for 8 days now due to cable theft, blown up substation, repeated cable theft, some more cable theft. I am unable to practice - had to move temporarily.

Adrian ek het jou ge email daar
Belowe jy val nie om van die lag nie

I should be able to come along... gotta check the "schedule" with the missus first in case she's booked something else in!

        Lead | Rhythm | and general tom-foollarry!

I'd like to join as well if there is still space.
I'm primarily a vocalist but can play a little guitar and even a little bass if you're desperate (and don't mind dodgy timing :-P). Will get hold of slowpoet to confirm.

And I haven't had a chance to practice any of the songs. Work is craycray again. I should maybe just try and learn one for the day. Not that I have enough sound to compete with a drummer, so maybe the no drummer is not all that bad. Though a drummer to keep time would be great.

Did the four songs at vox lessons last week. TNT and What's Up are definitely out of my range vocally, but I can take the other two.

I need to move to JHB or something... lol...
Also with life kicking our butts the last while my wife and I will be taking the opportunity and making a long weekend that overlaps the PTA garage day... so a day trip to PTA for me is not gonna happen :-(
