  • [H] USA sourced Effects Pedal/Power Supply issues?

Hi guys

Quick basic question - if I were to go the States and bring an effects pedal over, would I have issues regarding the DC adapter/power supply to the pedal?
I'm considering getting an ISP Decimator noise-gate pedal if my trip to the US materializes, but I'm unsure about whether I'd have problems with the power supply...

Thanks in advance
Pedals don't usually come with their own power supply, usually you buy them separately. The pedal itself is a typical 9v pedal, can be powered by any ol' 9v power supply.

If you're planning to buy a power supply there, not really a problem, just make sure it is one that has 100-240v power range, then you can use it there and here.

Great! Thanks for the info. I do have a existing power supply that I planned on using for this, so I'm glad to know this won't be an problem!

I bought an amp from the US some years ago and I had to get a voltage converter in order to use it locally - I was hoping I wouldn't have a similar issue with a pedal.
