Meetup to play some old school tunes together

Joburg North Recreational Musicians announces their August gathering.

How it works is: everyone practices the songs listed and then we get together and try to play them. We might also try a few others if we have time.

The songs to practice are:

• Free Falling - Tom Petty

• Killing me Softly - Roberta Flack

• Hotel California - The Eagles

• Nothing Else Matters - Metallica

Once you RSVP you will receive more details concerning these songs. You will receive them well beforehand so you have time to listen to the songs and practice a bit (or a lot).I am asking for R10 donation per person to go towards the cost of the group.

NOTE: There are NO instruments at the venue, you must bring your own

Vocalists and beginners VERY, VERY welcome.
