So while I'm waiting for parts for my Stratobastard project, I got hold of a knockoff Jackson Dinky. Looking to start on it soon but there are a few technical things I need to ask the vets.
- When soldering my pots and pups, what wire should I use for the connections?
- Is it possible to remove a fretboard without damaging it? (I don't need to do this, though it would make my life easier)
- Will fibreglass resin work for fret inlays? I wanna do something cool with them but if it makes the guitar unplayable I'd rather not.
