Lo-Z to Hi-Z Impedance transformer/converter

Hi!
Does anyone have any idea where I can buy a Lo-Z to Hi-Z impedance converter here in SA?
(My Taylor 414CE has the ES1 system which produces a Low Impedance signal, which is great if I plug directly into the desk, but too low a signal when first running through my pedal board/looper which requires a Hi-Z signal).

The kind of thing I'm looking for is something like the SHURE A85F LINE MATCHING TRANSFORMER which sells on Amazon in the US for about $20.

Anyone know of anywhere in SA that might stock something like this?

Mike, you'll probably find lotsa products if you look for 'buffer'. This is a common term for what you are looking for. Transformers are not the best solution nomally.
