Ibanez acoustic needing a preamp/pickup replacement

Hi,

Is there anyone clued up on working on acoustic guitars? More specifically pre-amp and pick up systems...

Ibanez ew20wne needs preamp replacement.

If anyone can help, I'd appreciate.

On a budget a Chreub G-tone could work, or import in a Fishman iSys from ebay

Providing the connector is the same, or you feel brave enough to solder a connector on, you can just remove and replace the preamp- it's unlikely the piezo is broken- they're pretty tough and so simple that there isn't really anyhting to break. The main thing would be to find a preamp that fits the Ibanez's cutout
