Hi all,
Sorry, I feel like a bit of a fraud for joining the forum.
I'm not really into guitars but I just need some help with repairing a guitar travel case. You know, the wooden one that is covered by black plastic or vinyl (I might have my materials wrongly named there). The black covering is peeling off of the wooden frame and needs to be replaced or repaired. So if there is anyone who can recommend a person or company that does these repairs, please let me know. I have spoken to Tom's and Marshal Music and they couldn't help me.
Thanks,
Mark

If all the vinyl is still there you can just glue it back with contact glue. If its in bad shape, then it may well not be worth fixing it, unless its a valuable case of a sort, in which case fixing it will probably ruin the value.

Its for an Ovation guitar and apparently this case is very hard to come by, so it needs to be repaired.

OK. So it probably has no collector's value. Can you post pics?
