Also maybe you turned the gain all the way down ? Some models you need to push some buttons to send the signal to a specific AUX channel.
All channels are enabled. Gain is also quite high. I've realized that when using the dead channels a signal will suddenly come through for a while and then die after a while. It also seems that the "broken"channels are only sending a signal through the left stereo channel when the sound comes through. When the sound gets through it is also very soft.
I have checked and all channels are set to center and it is not panned to the left. Don't know why the sound shoots through the left stereo channel.
