Hi, I am using a Nuendo multitrack software. A friend of mine gave me some other sounds to add to the program. I don't know how to do it...OK I am a donkey, but, does anybody got time to help me ? Thanks

Your query is a bit vague.
I've never used Nuendo before, but I presume it offers similar functionality and features as many of the other major DAWs (although I believe Nuendo is used more for post-production video/audio editing).
If by adding other sounds to the program you mean importing audio tracks and/or samples, there surely must be some sort of import function in the task bar.
Your best bet is to search YouTube for Nuendo specific tutorials.
