  • Berklee Online Courses - started 21st April

Allo All,

Just a quick heads-up that 3 (free) Berklee online courses have just started up 21st April - they usually repeat 2-3 times a year and waiting for them can be a drag - so just letting ya know there's a bunch of active ones up for the taking.

https://www.coursera.org/courses?orderby=current&query=music

1. Intro to music production (Focused on recording & getting to know your DAW)
2. Songwriting (Great for the aspiring singer/songwriter)
3. Developing your musicianship (Useful intro to getting to know your keyboard & some basic therory & ear training).

I'm taking the developing musicianship one again - last time I didn't have a keyboard, so hopefully this time I'll make it past week 3 :?

The songwriting one was great fun and packed full of info, highly recommended.
Awesome! Thanks for this resource, V8.

Wellll...the Berklee/Coursera resource has been posted many-a-time on GFSA (Adrian's share was the first time I saw it...3 years ago!). I just saw they had another set and thought one or two peeps would like to know.

What I like is one can "skate" through the course - just register and you'll have access to all materials as they are "presented"...no need to do the assignments/quizzes (though it really does help, along with participating on the forums).

They started again recently. Joined the "Introduction to Music Production" course yesterday.
