Does anyone know a guitar tutor in Kempton Park that will be prepared to give me lessons on a Saturday? During the week I usually get home at 6:30, so lessons will have to be on a Saturday.
I have been taking keyboard lessons for the last 2 years and would like to continue with those. Is it advisable to "learn" 2 instruments at the same time?
Also, which would be a good acoustic guitar to buy to start off with and will still be good if I am a little more advanced? My keyboard is a Yamaha, are the guitars also good?

I think it's very valuable learning more than 1 musical instrument at a time.
Helps to understand music from different angles.

+1. Keyboard especially is a good one to learn as it helps open up other instruments.

Thanks wizzard & Alan. I am just worried that I might be taking on too much but what can I say:
I like my work - it puts food on the table
I love my pets & my family - they always let me know that I am NOT all that
BUT
Music is my passion!!

Wannabe, what level are you at and what are you wanting to learn? I'll be in Kempton from March.

You're starting off in a fantastic position. Your Yamaha doubles up as a metronome(with different "feels") and you can record backing tracks for your guitar playing. The keyboard helps you understand harmony which in turn improves your understanding of what you're playing on the guitar.
Why don't you get your family in on the music, or play songs that they'll enjoy too?
