February Competition

Considering the disaster that was the December/January competition and, consequently, the fact that no one wants to sponsor us any more, February's competition will go back to something easy to manage -- referrals. Go to your profile, find your referral link and copy and paste it on your web site, in your email signature, on other forums you frequent and wherever else you can legally post the link. At the end of February, I'll award the person who referred the most new members FREE MEMBERSHIP to www.GuitarMasterClass.net for 3 months. That's worth $29 or R203. And, trust me, you WANT a subscription to that site! They have awesome videos on almost anything related to guitar ? So, get going already!

And I have just come to the realization that after 9 years of 'playing' guitar - I'm a beginner. I suck big time!

Hehe, don't worry, we all come to that conclusion at some point. And then some genius puts us onto some decent guitar players and learning material and we start making progress ?

My younger brother loves Speed and Sound. He just got a job recently at Steve's Auto Clinic and is as happy as a pig in shit.

Dude, if someone spills something on his mags, he is NOT a happy camper ?

Enjoy GMC and the deadlines! ?

Some of us never leave it behind. It's good - keeps you on your toes and makes you want to improve.

Deadlines are done for now - Thank Goodness.
Nice to hear about fans out there! While it's 'just' a magazine - so many treat it as their bibles. You'll pay good money for a complete collection.

Thoroughly enjoying GMC today and I'll be singing the sites praises for many months to come.

Yup, I think that's what makes a "great" guitarist. Best thing about Satch (other than his amazing musicianship and technical skills) is his humility. Kudos to him ?

Yeah, between SnS and FHM, you get some pretty serious collectors!

Glad you digging it ? I've got about 3 lessons I'm working through now but, ja, need to find time to actually practise them ?
