I finally managed to find the perfect PRS at the right price in South Africa. ?

It's a 2000 Custom 22 with Dragon II pickups. Looks, sounds and plays fantastic! It just oozes tone. I'm so lucky to have gotten it!

Apologies for the rushed photos.

As a side note, can anyone tell me the best person in the East Rand to set it up?
Costafonix. For a setup Linksfield area
      Congrats, really nice.

      +1 on CostaFonix, he's the wizard ....... ?
I saw this one advertised and thought that it was an absolute stunner, and a nice price. The green is very attractive to me, but I'm sure its one of those colours that will either be loved or hated.

        Either way, enjoy your prize!

        Regards
        G!
Thanks, I think I'll give Costafonix a try!

I was very unsure of the colour until I saw it in person, then I had to have it haha. As with most guitars, pics don't really do it any justice.
Congratulations, that really is a beautiful instrument. I love that emerald (well I think it is) green.

I'm sure that you're both going to be very happy together.
              Very cool.
More photos from all angles! :applause:
                Oooh man. Very nice.
I think I also saw this one advertised on that facebook group...the dude was selling it at a very fair price, although I don't support his plan to follow it up with a Martin hahaha.

I know exactly what you mean about the finish. I have one of these guys, with a hardtail, and quilt maple top, in vintage yellow! Prior to that PRS, I would have guaranteed you that I would never ever buy a yellow guitar...but now not only have I had her almost 10years, but she's now my only real electric guitar left ?

You're gonna love this guitar. Any idea on the neck profile? I can't claim to know a whole lot about the wide thins, but I find the wide fat very very comfortable.
                You lucky bugger ?
Congrats on this one. I saw it when it went up for sale and thought "that's gonna make someone very happy".

I don't understand how some reject green outright. Not my first choice, but it's still good looking when it's done properly (as it is here).

I loves me the wide fat profile too - it just falls nicely within my comfort range.
PRS guitars seldom blow my socks off, but I think that is heartstopping. Love it.

I may be wrong (haven't played many PRS's or measured it yet) but I think it's a regular neck, it's the same depth as the wide fat at the nut and feels great in my largish hands. ?

Great looking guitar. Looks top-notch. Enjoy!
