Hello everyone,
I was having my yearly search for the elusive Steve Eliovson and came across this forum. Dawn Dance was and is my favorite ECM guitar based album. I had but one friend from South Africa. We worked together 30 years ago when I began my teaching career. It was fascinating to get the history of the 60s and 70s from her before she came to California.
My guitars include Santa Cruz, Merrill, Brondel, Gibson, and Fender. I play acoustic and electric styles solo and with two bands. I frequent the Santa Cruz, Collings, Martin forums and another called the soundhole cafe, hat remains of the old Acoustic Guitar Magazine forum started around 1999.
I will lurk for a while and see what I might offer.
