Once again a chance to dip your toe into the waters of live performance or to road test new material.
TJ's provide the PA and mics. NO BACKING TRACKS
Performance slots are set at 15 minutes. If the night is undersubscribed then longer sets may be allowed. If the night is oversubscribed then the rule is three songs.
Where: The Press Club bar, Marks Park, Judith Road, Emmarentia.
When: Thursday July 31st, first act goes on at 20:00. Come early to get your name on the board.
How much: R25 - playing or not.
Meals and drinks can be ordered from Marks Park staff. Plenty of off-road parking. The regular audience at TJ's are supportive and friendly.

OK, I am hosting this event for TJ's. Amongst other things that means I have to be prepared to play and to open proceedings.
