Rocker-Gramps

Good Stoffeltoo! See you there at 6

Chocklit_Thunda

Sounds great!

PeteM

Good to see that things are warming up... and that interest is being shown.

DaFiz

I only went to one forum get-together jam, but met some really nice people,
and ended up joining a band with some of them. :woohoo:

I'd be interested if there was another get together in Cape Town...
(I missed to last one in a new shop in Woodstock ☹ )

ryanguit

I'm Definately in!

I'm sure my team feels the same as I do! ?
+1

We could maybe gooi a liftclub if it is held in deep dark pretoria or something... hehehe...

epictring

We (Ragamuffin) would love to perform, maybe someone should take the peoples details who are willing when the time comes to organising it.

Jayhell

I got a few PMs from some interested parties too. Will give it a while so everyone has a opportunity to pull in. I know some members who aren't very active on the forum but have great bands. I"ll ask them too.

Maybe if it's like a year I could have a band together also... hehe...

Chic500

Great idea!

I"m thinking early September, what do you guys think?

Jacques_nasi

I would participate as a supporter , don't feel nearly comfortable enough to perform ?

Sounds good.

Chabenda

I'd like to play with my fellow Tetesticles if it doesn't offend anyone - being from Moz of course.

I for one, would be extremely unoffended.
I'm not sure what Jayhell had in mind, but the way I see it, GFSA is the common factor here. Location is relevant only as far as practicalities go.

babbalute

Yeah count me in I play 4 string electric bass, who else ? And surely one would need a drummer or 2 ?
Shouldn't one not need to discuss which numbers to play ?

I think the idea is for a gig, with existing bands/solo artists rather than a jam.

Jayhell

Yea, no jam-jams, just bands and solo artists. Get some friends together and form a band then you can play unless you can do a solo act with a bass. I don't care where you are from as long as you are willing to commit to come all the way here without being payed.

PeteM

I'm in... could be solo, duet, trio or 4 piece band depending upon current developments.

briang-telkomsa-net

I would also be in - solo act at this stage
September sounds good
