Ladies and gentlemen of the forum, the following guitar was offered to my kids' school for auction. It's hand made, David Stubbs. No further details. They'd like to know what sort of coin it should go for...
Any ballpark estimates would be much appreciated.
ps. y'all are lazy ass posters. Been hibernating from the forum for months and still number 5 on the number of posts!

      If it's a David R Stubbs from the UK, then it could be worth many coins, but I suspect it's not, as under 20 of those were made, and I think they were all more traditional in layout.

      Want a wild guess? I reckon it could have been made by Cape Town-based surfboard maestro Dave Stubbs, who makes acoustic and electric guitars in his spare time. Here's his website—you could send him a message to see if it is one of his, and, if so, how much the school should hope for:
