Sorry for only posting it now. I've been very busy mixing a project this whole week, so I haven't been able to go online much. Here is the recipe for the fudge/toffee breadrolls that was involved in my accident with the steak-knife going through my fretting hand. For those who don't know what it's about, check out this thread:

1 bag (+/- 750g) of ready-made bread dough (sold at most grocery-shops)
1 cup of cream
1 cup of sugar
Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
Roll the dough into golf-ball sized balls and place them fairly close to each other in a greased oven-safe bowl.
Mix the cream and sugar and pour over the dough to cover them evenly.
Bake untill golden brown.
The cream/sugar mixture will form a layer of fudgy/toffee-ish stuff around the bread. It will also stick to the sides of the bowl - this is especially good. But a word of warning: DO NOT try to remove this with a steak-knife (or any other sharp object). IT HURTS WHEN THAT GOES WRONG!!!
