Hey kayDUB, Palmer Guitars make 3/4 size classicals and they come in a variety of colours including black. I recently bought a blueburst one a friend's son, think it was about R700 and while some of the finishing is a bit rough and ready in places it's a great fun guitar to play.
Music Mate in Fourways (Gauteng) are stocking them, not sure if they've still got a shop down in the Cape but if so check 'em out!
