Together again...for one show only , Jazz/pop singing sensation Auriol Hays and Keira Witherkay (jazz guitarist) will perform as a duo , performing Jazz standards and Auriol hay's chart topping material from her cd's(she has SAMA nominations and performed at the Montreux jazz festival )
Auriol and i share some history in that when i got back from my international tours about 7 years ago and settled back in Jozi, Auriol was busy writing her debut cd and we formed a jazz duo for about 2 years or more doing jazz gigs at casino's ect , we did at times expand to a 4 piece and sadly stopped performing together when Auriol relocated to cape Town.
she will be in Jozi this weekend and the gig was setup ....should be awesome fun , about 6 months back we also happened by chance to be at the same venue and performed a few songs together ...really enjoy working with her , an amazing jazz voice
