Gemini Agents?

So we managed to melt the voice coil in one of our 15'' Gemini PA speakers a while ago, want to get this fixed. Option 1; get the coil re-wound. Option 2; replace the speaker.

I know of a speaker re-winding place in Randburg, if it's still there. Are there any other places out there?

Also, does anyone know who the agents for Gemini are, so I can see if it would be more cost effective to replace?

I don't know who he distributors are these days, but it's almost always going to be cheaper to recone than replace. Also, I doubt that the distributors will keep replacements for every speaker (if any at all), so it could be a long wait for a replacement.

Thanks Alan. Went into Music Mate yesterday, they said they could get a replacement for R650. Let's see what re-coiling would cost...
