Yup. IIRC, certain foot controllers used them (ADA, Digitech, Roland). I'm sure someone can make them up - It's just seven pin DIN plugs and at least a four or six core shielded cable (MIDI cables only use three of the five pins, and one is earth, so you just need two extra cores). If all else fails, order the plugs and cable online and take it to someone handy with an iron.
